Vanshi Shah is an entrepreneur dedicated to transforming healthcare through technology. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, she is committed to blend her technical expertise with a passion for impactful innovation.
Motivated by personal experiences, Vanshi founded Vanshaj Meditech Pvt. Ltd. to address critical yet overlooked challenges in healthcare. Her flagship project, MediTrack, is designed to enhance medication adherence and patient care, ensuring better health outcomes through smart, technology-driven solutions.
She has actively worked on hardware development, data analysis, and startup operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience through multiple projects. Her ability to balance academics with entrepreneurship showcases her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to solving real-world problems.
With a strong engineering foundation and an unwavering vision to bridge the gap between healthcare and technology, Vanshi is determined to drive meaningful advancements that improve lives and redefine healthcare accessibility.
Devansh Verma
Devansh Verma is marketing strategist behind Vanshaj Meditech Pvt. Ltd. With a passion for healthcare innovation and a strong business mindset, he focuses on brand development, outreach, and working towards making innovative medical solutions widely accessible.
Being a part of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Devansh has honed his skills in market positioning, business growth, and customer engagement. His experience in product management, operations, and data analytics enables him to drive the company’s strategic direction, ensuring its innovations reach the right audience.

Dr. Arindam Kushagra
Mentor
Dr. Arindam Kushagra earned his B.Tech (Hons.) and M.Tech in Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, with his dissertation focusing on bacterial response to toxic metals. He pursued a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology at IIT Bombay, studying cytoskeletal microtubules and microcantilever sensors. After a postdoc at IIT Delhi on pH sensors, he became an Assistant Professor at Amity University, Kolkata, working on novel sensing platforms. He then led new product development at Innvolution Healthcare, securing five innovations successfully integrated to their existing product line and filing two patents. In May 2024, he joined BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, as an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Overall, he has got 6 patents filed and over 20 national & international publications in various reputed journals and conferences. His interests lie in exploring prospective "Blue Ocean" areas and in design & development of novel technologies for societal applications.
Dr. Sudha Radhika

Dr. Sudha Radhika is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad, specializing in AI/ML applications. A dedicated mentor, she guides students and professionals through research projects, Ph.D. studies, and industry collaborations. With expertise in digital twinning and predictive maintenance, she has led high-impact research, securing international funding and patents. She spearheads AI/ML-driven projects, including tornado speed estimation, aerospace structure life estimation, and smart system applications. Dr. Radhika collaborates with leading institutions such as RMIT (Australia), Tokyo Polytechnic University, Hiroshima University, and Utsunomiya University (Japan) and has worked on projects with BOSCH. She is also the co-founder of Yantraayush, a startup developing hardware and software solutions for machine lifetime estimation. Through her mentorship, she empowers engineers and researchers to drive innovation in AI-driven engineering.
Ketan Shah

Ketan Shah is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation within the financial sector. He currently serves as the President (IT) at Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt Ltd, where he spearheads technological advancements and security initiatives. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Systematix Group and LKP Securities Limited, where he drove innovation, decision-making, and budget management in IT operations. His decade-long tenure at Religare Securities Ltd., where he progressed from Manager to AVP – IT and later Vice President – IT, reflects his deep expertise in IT governance, infrastructure, and risk management. Ketan holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University – Distance Education. With a career spanning over two decades, he continues to lead and mentor teams in cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and enterprise IT
Dr. Sandeep Raut

Dr. Sandeep Raut is a distinguished Innovation enabler specializing in molecular biology, neuroscience, and deep-tech entrepreneurship. He is graduate in Biotechnology and post graduate in Environmental Biotechnology through a DBT sponsored program at Shivaji University Kolhapur. He holds GATE and UGC-NET qualification and a PhD in Biological Sciences at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Bhopal. His research work focuses on molecular chaperones and their rope in neuronal proteostasis. His research has been published in prestigious journals, and he received multiple awards, including prestigious EMBO travel grant for presenting his research. After PhD, Dr. Raut chose a career path of Innovation enabler and contributed as incubation manager at IISER Bhopal, IISER Pune, and now serves as General Manager of the Technology Business Incubator at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus. He plays a key role in supporting science-driven startups, securing funding opportunities, and bridging research.
